ARND4062A – Gate power supply unit ARND-4062A: supplies power to the gate drive circuits. A board with the correct code restores the drive system after failures caused by surges, overvoltage, moisture, conductive dust or component ageing.

Electronic boards are ESD-sensitive: keep them in antistatic bags and wear an earthed wrist strap when handling.

Installation and maintenance

• Record the board code, revision and DIP switch/jumper positions on the old board.
• Back up drive parameters with the maintenance software before replacement (if the control board is still readable).
• Isolate power, wait for the DC capacitors to discharge and wear an ESD strap before removing the board.
• Fit the new board, restore switch settings, load parameters and test unloaded before running under load.
