Genuine MAX multi-color label print-and-cut systems and wire marker printers, suited for electrical, safety and asset identification applications.
Genuine equipment for identification, marking and factory automation.
LM-TU is a white PVC tube for MAX wire marker printers; once printed, it slides onto the wire end to identify wires in panels and plant electrical systems.
The number after "LM-TU3" or "LM-TU4" gives the tube diameter (e.g. LM-TU332N = 3.2mm, LM-TU425L2 = 2.5mm). Choose a tube that just hugs the wire insulation: too wide and it spins or slips off; too tight and it is hard to slide on.
If unsure, send TOVINA the cross-section or outer diameter of your wire and we will recommend the right tube size.
White PVC tube uses black ribbon LM-IR50B (LM-550 printers) or LM-IR300B (LM-380/LM-390 printers). See also wire marker ribbons.
MAX wire marker printers such as LM-550A3, LM-550A3B, LM-550E.
Common sizes are always in stock at TOVINA, with delivery within 24 – 48 hours in Ho Chi Minh City.
Quick guide for flexible copper wire: 0.5–0.75 mm² use LM-TU325N; 1.0–1.5 mm² use LM-TU332N; 2.5 mm² use LM-TU336N; 4 mm² use LM-TU342N; 6 mm² use LM-TU352N; 10 mm² use LM-TU364N; 16 mm² use LM-TU380N; 16–35 mm² use LM-TU390N or LM-TU3100N. For thick-insulated wire (heat-resistant, flame-retardant), test a few pieces before a large print run.
Divide the roll length by the marker length. For example, a 100 m roll of LM-TU332N cut into 20 mm pieces gives about 5,000 markers (minus a little waste when loading). Larger sizes come on shorter rolls, e.g. LM-TU380N is 35 m.
