Besides tubes, MAX wire markers also print on LM-TP self-adhesive labels and LM-KM / LM-ID rigid tape to mark devices, terminal blocks and large cables.
When you are marking equipment rather than wire ends, or the cable is too large to slip a tube over. LM-KM rigid tape fits onto ducts and terminal blocks; LM-TP labels stick directly onto flat surfaces.
5 mm suits small terminal blocks; 9 mm and 12 mm suit circuit breakers, equipment housings and panel doors, where larger text is easier to read.
White (W) is the most common; yellow (Y) highlights important circuits or warnings; clear (T) lets the colour or symbol underneath stay visible.
