MAX LM-ID PLATE 4110 ID plate – 4.1 mm × 20 m, white, halogen-free

LM-ID PLATE 4110 is a white polyethylene ID plate, 4.1 mm wide and 1.0 mm thick, on a 20 m roll. According to MAX it is printed and half-cut on LETATWIN printers and then inserted into clear sleeves on the wire: text lies flat and readable, and can be changed without disconnecting the wire.

The material is halogen-free to IEC 61249-2-21 (chlorine and bromine each ≤ 900 ppm, total ≤ 1,500 ppm) – suitable for projects requiring low-smoke materials such as railways, buildings and data centres.

The LM-550A3 prints 4.1 mm ID plates with its dedicated attachment (cut-depth lever at TAPE); the LM-3000PRO desktop printer handles pitches of 4 – 60 mm and up to 20 m per job. Advice: +84 0917 399 279.

Printing on the LM-550A3

• Slide the M roller lever (silver) fully to the left.
• Fit the 4.1 mm ID plate attachment and insert the plate with 1 – 2 cm protruding.
• Load the ribbon cassette, set the cut-depth lever to TAPE and select ID PLATE.
• Keep ID plates in a plastic bag – they attract dust that can damage the print head.

Printing on the LM-3000PRO

• Place the roll on the reel stand and feed it straight through the shaft without flanges.
• Use the ID plate attachment; choose half-cut, line, dots or no separator.
• Pitch 4 – 60 mm; see the loading video and User guide.

• ID plate or tube? ID plates sit in clear sleeves so text can be changed without cutting wires; printed tubes cost less.
• Does the LM-550E support it? MAX lists 4.1 mm ID plates for LM-550A3 and LM-3000PRO; check with TOVINA for the LM-550E.
