LM-TP505W white tape 5 mm × 16 m (MAX LM-550)

LM-TP505W is a white self-adhesive tape cassette, 5 mm × 16 m, printed directly on MAX LM-550A3, LM-550A, LM-550E wire marking printers – same printer and same LM-IR50B ribbon as the tubes, no separate label printer needed. The printer prints and half-cuts each label, ready to peel and apply.

The 5 mm width suits small terminal blocks, relays and tight spots. White with black text is the most common and readable on any surface.

Printer generation: LM-TP5xx tapes are for LM-550 printers and LM-TP3xx for LM-390/380 – the cassettes are not interchangeable. Equivalent for the other generation: LM-TP305W. The LM-3000PRO uses its own LM-TP30xx tape rolls. Advice: +84 0917 399 279.

Loading and printing

• Pull about 4 cm of tape out, thread it through the guides and load the cassette.
• Set the cut-depth lever to TAPE (back to TUBE for tubes).
• Select TAPE and the tape width on the printer; choose a character size that fits.
• Maximum print length per file on tape is about 5 m (LM-550A3).

Applying labels

• Clean oil and dust from the surface first.
• Peel along the half-cut, apply and press evenly; avoid touching the adhesive.
• Polyester tape withstands wiping; wipe oily spots dry before applying.
