MAX Bepop SL-L100 FLOOR anti-slip floor laminate, 100 mm

SL-L100 FLOOR is a MAX protective overlay with a textured, high-traction surface. It is laid over labels printed on a Bepop to create floor signs in factories, warehouses and corridors, protecting text and colours from shoes and trolleys while keeping the surface slip-resistant.

According to the MAX catalogue the overlay is hand-cut only and is not fed through the CPM for printing or cutting. Print and cut the label, apply it to the cleaned floor, then cut the overlay 10 – 15 mm larger than the label on every side and apply it so its edges bond directly to the floor.

Typical uses: 5S floor signs, pallet position markers, walkway arrows, "stand behind the line" signs and forklift warnings. GN sheets such as SL-S112GN and SL-S115GN are recommended as the base. Advice: +84 0917 399 279.

Steps

• Design and print the label on the Bepop (strong-adhesive GN sheet recommended).
• Clean the floor: vacuum, wipe with alcohol and let dry; let new epoxy floors cure fully.
• Apply the label, pressing from the centre to the edges.
• Cut SL-L100 FLOOR 10 – 15 mm larger than the label on each side and round the corners to prevent lifting.
• Apply the overlay and press the edges firmly; keep vehicles off for the first 24 hours.

Notes

• The overlay is not for printing or cutting in the CPM.
• Oily, damp or uneven floors reduce adhesion; choose a dry, flat location.
• On heavy forklift routes, inspect regularly and replace signs when edges lift.
