MAX Bepop SL-TR201T black ribbon refill, 50 m for CPM-200GM

SL-TR201T is a black ribbon refill core – fits into an existing cassette with 50 m of ribbon for the CPM-200GM print-and-cut label maker (200 type). The print head heats the resin ink to about 250 °C and fuses it into the vinyl surface, so text resists solvents, cleaners and UV far better than inkjet or laser printing.

Black is the most used ink: text and symbols on white, yellow, silver and clear sheets – warning signs, equipment labels, barcode labels.

The refill contains only the ribbon roll and fits into an existing cassette (SL-R201T): it costs less than a new cassette and reduces plastic waste – MAX designed the cassettes to be reused.

Specifications and printing

Fitting the refill into the cassette

• Remove the used cassette from the printer and open it as shown on the case.
• Take out the empty ribbon core and the old take-up core.
• Fit the new SL-TR refill and take-up core, thread the ribbon along the path with the ink side facing the sheet.
• Close the case and turn the gear in the arrow direction until the ribbon is taut.
• Load the cassette, close the cover and print a small test label.

Storage and troubleshooting

• Store in the closed box in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and dust; do not touch the ink side.
• Faint or broken text: clean the head with an alcohol swab, check the ribbon is taut and raise the density in the driver.
• Wrinkled ribbon: re-tension with the cassette gear before loading.
