MAX Bepop SL-S100AP application (transfer) film, 100 mm

SL-S100AP is a clear, low-tack transfer film, 100 mm wide, that MAX calls "cut-design transfer film". It moves cut letters, numbers or shapes from the Bepop liner to the target surface while keeping spacing and alignment.

Background-free cut lettering – room names on glass, column numbers, panel lettering, decorative signs – is hard to apply character by character. Lay the film over the text, lift the whole group off the liner, place it, press firmly and peel the film away: the letters stay exactly as designed.

Steps

• Design the text in Bepop PC EX with outline cutting (no background frame).
• Print and cut; weed away the excess sheet so only the letters remain on the liner.
• Lay SL-S100AP over the letters and squeegee it down with a plastic card.
• Lift the film: the letters come off the liner with it.
• Place on the cleaned surface, press from the centre out, then peel the film back at a low angle.

Tips

• The surface must be clean and dry; wipe glass with alcohol.
• For very small letters (under about 10 mm) use GN sheet for stronger adhesion.
• For lettering inside glass, use mirror printing in the software.
