Thermal transfer printing, with 2 main modes: single-color printing and YMCK color-blending

Ink is transferred and bonded onto the label material at 250ºC. Thermal transfer outperforms inkjet and laser printing, resisting solvents, cleaning agents and UV rays.

a. Single-color printing

With 10 single colors and an automatic cutting mode, the CPM-100HG5M printer/cutter quickly produces labels and signs on demand in just 1-2 minutes.

b. YMCK color-blending printing

Color-blending is a printing mode that uses CMYK ink ribbons in sequence, with 4 base ink colors: cyan, magenta, yellow and black. This function can print images, multi-color artwork, catalogues, and anything that cannot be printed in single-color mode.

GN or NL sheet?

• GN (glossy): 65 – 70 µm vinyl, strong 18 N/25 mm adhesive, −40 to +80 °C, sticks to curved cables and pipes; for warning signs, wire and pipe labels.
• NL (matte): 100 µm vinyl, glare-free, 16 colours; for indoor directional signs, 5S boards and shadow boards.
• MAX rates both for medium-term outdoor use; add a UV laminate for longer life.

CPM-100HG5M vs CPM-200GM

• The CPM-100HG5M has a 400 dpi head for sharper small text and barcodes; 100 mm sheets, 9 kg.
• CPM-200GM prints at 300 dpi but takes sheets up to 200 mm for large signs and pipe markers; 15.5 kg, economical ribbon refills.
• Both print at 25 mm/s, cut at up to 120 mm/s, connect via USB and LAN and use Bepop PC EX.
