MAX Bepop SL-S141NL reflective white label 100 mm × 15 m (reflective) for CPM-100HG5M

SL-S141NL is a reflective white label sheet from the MAX White reflective sheet range, 100 mm wide and 15 m per roll, for the CPM-100HG5M and earlier CPM-100 models (100 type) print-and-cut label makers. The printer thermal-transfers text, symbols and barcodes onto the sheet and then cuts along frames, letter outlines or any drawn shape – no cutting die needed; just peel and apply.

MAX describes this white reflective material as suitable for outdoor car-park signage; any ink colour can be printed on the reflective white base. Reflects headlights and torches: ideal for traffic lane signs, column numbers, warning signs in dark warehouses and escape routes.

White: the most common background for black, red or blue text – equipment, panel, room and shelf labels. Choose an ink that contrasts with the reflective white base so text is readable from a distance; one label can be printed in several ink colours in sequence, including full-colour images with the CMYK ribbon set.

Colour meaning and applications

• Safety signs should follow ISO 7010 symbols, all included in the 1,400+ symbol library of Bepop PC EX.
• GHS chemical labels, pipe markers with flow arrows and barcode asset tags can all be made on the same printer.

Applying labels so they last

• Clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol to remove oil and dust; let it dry completely.
• Apply at room temperature; avoid wet or very cold surfaces.
• Peel one end of the liner, position the label, then peel and press from the centre outwards to avoid air bubbles.
• For cut letters and numbers, use the application film SL-S100AP to lift the whole text and apply it straight in one go.
• The adhesive reaches full strength after about 24 hours; avoid heavy wiping or moisture during that time.

Storing label rolls

• Keep rolls in their bag and box, lying flat, in a cool dry place away from sunlight and heat.
• Protect the roll edges from dents and dust – damaged edges cause skewed feeding and cutting errors.
