CM-B20E – MAX Bepop CPM cutter blade CM-B20E. The cutting blade is a small carbide tip in the cutter holder that cuts labels along the drawn path without cutting the liner. A worn or chipped blade leaves uncut or ragged edges, makes weeding hard or cuts through the liner.

Replace the blade when increasing cutting force no longer helps; keep a spare for shops producing signs every day.

Replacement

• Power off, open the cover and move the cutter head to the centre by hand.
• Unscrew the blade holder anticlockwise with the supplied wrench and remove the holder cap.
• Remove the protective cap from the new blade, drop it gently into the holder (do not press) and screw the cap back so the tip protrudes correctly.
• Refit the holder, run a test cut and adjust the cutting force in the driver.
