IL71587 – Thermal head IL71587 for MAX Bepop CPM-100G3. The thermal head melts resin ink onto the sheet with a row of heated dots. A failed or worn head leaves permanent white lines along the feed direction even with a new ribbon.

Before replacing, clean the head with an alcohol swab when the printer is off and cool; if lines remain the head needs replacing. Heads are high-value parts – have TOVINA inspect first.

Replacement

  • Power off and let the head cool.
  • Replace the head per service instructions (TOVINA can fit and align it).
  • Test print and adjust density and position in the driver.
