IL19789 – Label length sensor IL19789 for MAX Bepop CPM. The sensor reads the sheet marks/edge so the printer knows label length and position, keeping print and cut aligned. A dirty or failed sensor causes sheet errors and misaligned printing or cutting.

Before replacing, wipe the sensor window with a soft dry cloth and check the sheet is engaged on the sprockets.

Replacement

  • Power off and unplug.
  • Replace the sensor per the exploded drawing or send the printer to TOVINA.
  • Load a sheet, test print and check cut alignment.
