MAX Bepop SL-S124NL navy blue label 100 mm × 15 m (NL matte) for CPM-100HG5M

SL-S124NL is a navy blue label sheet from the MAX NL (Navigation Linker) – matte, anti-glare range, 100 mm wide and 15 m per roll, for the CPM-100HG5M and earlier CPM-100 models (100 type) print-and-cut label makers. The printer thermal-transfers text, symbols and barcodes onto the sheet and then cuts along frames, letter outlines or any drawn shape – no cutting die needed; just peel and apply.

Matte vinyl (PVC), 100 µm thick: no glare under fluorescent light or sunlight, readable from wide angles. Adhesive strength 11.6 N/25 mm – firm on walls, doors, cabinets and racks, yet removable when signs change.

Blue: mandatory action (wear goggles, helmet, gloves) and information. Choose an ink that contrasts with the navy blue base so text is readable from a distance; one label can be printed in several ink colours in sequence, including full-colour images with the CMYK ribbon set.

• Safety signs should follow ISO 7010 symbols, all included in the 1,400+ symbol library of Bepop PC EX.
• GHS chemical labels, pipe markers with flow arrows and barcode asset tags can all be made on the same printer.

Applying labels so they last

• Clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol to remove oil and dust; let it dry completely.
• Apply within the recommended conditions: apply at 15 – 25 °C.
• Peel one end of the liner, position the label, then peel and press from the centre outwards to avoid air bubbles.
• For cut letters and numbers, use the application film SL-S100AP to lift the whole text and apply it straight in one go.
• The adhesive reaches full strength after about 24 hours; avoid heavy wiping or moisture during that time.

Storing label rolls

• Keep rolls in their bag and box, lying flat, in a cool dry place away from sunlight and heat.
• Protect the roll edges from dents and dust – damaged edges cause skewed feeding and cutting errors.
