Generator varnish TVA1410 (10 L set, UN1263) – TMEIC

TVA1410, UN1263 – Generator varnish TVA1410 (10 L set, UN1263): 10 L TVA1410 varnish set, shipped as dangerous goods UN1263 (paint, flammable liquid). Insulating varnish coats and impregnates windings after cleaning, rewinding or insulation repair during generator overhauls, improving dielectric strength, moisture and contamination resistance and bonding the conductors.

Use the varnish and thinner codes specified in TMEIC maintenance documents to stay compatible with the original insulation system.

TOVINA is the TMEIC distributor and service partner in Vietnam. To order the right part, send the code from the nameplate or parts list (with a photo of the nameplate and serial number) so TOVINA engineers can check the manufacturer documents, confirm lead time and quote.

TOVINA provides complete generator overhaul materials (gaskets, seals, varnish, sealants, brushes) and on-site technical support. Contact +84 0917 399 279. See TMEIC equipment.

Installation and maintenance

• Clean and dry the windings and measure insulation resistance before coating.
• Mix (two-component types) and thin in the ratio given on the label/manufacturer documents; use within the pot life.
• Brush or spray in a well-ventilated area away from ignition sources, wearing gloves and a respirator.
• Cure at the specified temperature and time; re-measure insulation after drying.
• Keep containers sealed, cool and out of sunlight; varnishes and thinners are flammable liquids shipped as dangerous goods.

Ordering notes

• Send the part code, model and serial number (nameplate photo) to confirm the exact version.
• Parts for project-built equipment may need import lead time; plan ahead of the maintenance outage.
• Flammable chemicals are delivered under dangerous goods rules with a safety data sheet (SDS).
