MAX Bepop SL-S117N2 pink label 100 mm × 10 m (indoor) for CPM-100HG5M

SL-S117N2 is a pink label sheet from the MAX N / N2 – standard indoor sheet range, 100 mm wide and 10 m per roll, for the CPM-100HG5M and earlier CPM-100 models (100 type) print-and-cut label makers. The printer thermal-transfers text, symbols and barcodes onto the sheet and then cuts along frames, letter outlines or any drawn shape – no cutting die needed; just peel and apply.

Standard indoor vinyl (PVC) sheet in 10 m rolls; indoor service life of about 2 years according to MAX Japan. Prints and die-cuts cleanly on Bepop machines and costs less than GN – good for large quantities of office and factory signs.

Secondary colours (pink, purple, brown, grey, light blues…): colour coding by department, floor, shift, warehouse zone and 5S board. Choose an ink that contrasts with the pink base so text is readable from a distance; one label can be printed in several ink colours in sequence, including full-colour images with the CMYK ribbon set.

Ink ribbons for a pink label

• Black ink (main text, best legibility): SL-R101RC or SL-R101TC.
• Red ink (prohibition and warning text): SL-R103RC or SL-R103TC.
• Blue ink (information and directions): SL-R104RC or SL-R104TC.
• Protection: print the laminate ribbon SL-R150RC over the text when labels are wiped often, exposed to oil or sunlight.

Colour meaning and applications

• Safety signs should follow ISO 7010 symbols, all included in the 1,400+ symbol library of Bepop PC EX.
• GHS chemical labels, pipe markers with flow arrows and barcode asset tags can all be made on the same printer.

Applying labels so they last

• Clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol to remove oil and dust; let it dry completely.
• Apply at room temperature; avoid wet or very cold surfaces.
• Peel one end of the liner, position the label, then peel and press from the centre outwards to avoid air bubbles.
• For cut letters and numbers, use the application film SL-S100AP to lift the whole text and apply it straight in one go.
• The adhesive reaches full strength after about 24 hours; avoid heavy wiping or moisture during that time.

Storing label rolls

• Keep rolls in their bag and box, lying flat, in a cool dry place away from sunlight and heat.
• Protect the roll edges from dents and dust – damaged edges cause skewed feeding and cutting errors.
• If the printer does not cut through or cuts into the liner, adjust the cutting force in the driver or replace the blade CM-B20E; see Maintenance & repair.
