LM81095 – LM81095 thermal print head (500). The thermal head prints onto tubes and tape with heated dots; a failed head leaves permanent white lines or missing dots even after cleaning and a new ribbon.

Before replacing, clean the head with an ethanol swab, wiping sideways with the printer off and cool; if lines remain, replace it. Heads are costly – send the model and serial number so TOVINA can confirm the part code first.
